PRIVATE SESSIONS

Most athletes do not get enough 1-on-1 with a coach. We offer 1 hour sessions with a 2:1 player-to-coach ratio with a maximum of 4 players per session.

We can't say enough amazing things about Coach Adrienne and Pro Stride. We love how she not only encourages, but pushes our son out his comfort zone to become a stronger athlete.  We love how she works on fundamentals as stepping stones to success. She is an amazing coach that is fabulous at building his confidence. We are so thankful that Coach Adrienne suggested we attend a few Pro Stride sessions 3 years ago. My son perfected his stride and my daughter gained confidence with her ringette shot. My son has been attending regularly for over 2 years and his overall improvement has been significant! (Special thanks to Coach Todd)  It’s an amazing facility with high quality coaches! Coach Adrienne is amazing! My son has done private sessions and team sessions with her. We are always impressed with how much growth we see after a session with Adrienne! She has a great way of connecting with the kids and breaking it down for them in a way that is age appropriate. My son always looks forward to sessions with Adrienne. I can’t thank Prostride enough for the amazing work they’ve done with my son. Adrienne, his instructor, was absolutely fantastic! My 9-year-old had been struggling for years with a supination issue that made skating a real challenge for him, but Adrienne’s expertise and personalized coaching made all the difference. She worked closely with him on correcting his stride, and by the end of the season, he went from struggling on the ice to being the best skater on his team. The improvement was incredible to see. Our daughter enjoys working with Adrienne! She gives great tips and info for helping  improve her ringette skills. Also a great workout!

We have real time video with a 55” screen beside the treadmill so we can show an athlete the corrections without leaving the area. This way, the information stays fresh and the corrections can be applied immediately to their play.

 At Pro Stride Hockey, we can offer a great off-ice experience for athletes of all ages and skill levels. 

We have expanded to a 3600 square foot facility with skating treadmill, synthetic ice shooting lane and synthetic ice skills area.

SHOOTING LANE

Our shooting lane is set-up to simulate shots from the slot and rebounds in-close which is where most of the goals are scored in a game. We work on shooting mechanics and how to use the technology of the stick to your advantage to generate shot power and accuracy.
