Training for all ages
PRIVATE SESSIONS
Most athletes do not get enough 1-on-1 with a coach. We offer 1 hour sessions with a 2:1 player-to-coach ratio with a maximum of 4 players per session.
TEAM SESSIONS
We offer team sessions aimed at improving your team’s skating speed, goal-scoring ability, and attacking zone skills. These sessions are designed to enhance various aspects of your team’s performance in a structured and dynamic manner.
TIM TURK SHOOTING ONLY SESSIONS
A comprehensive training experience in partnership with the Tim Turk training program for athletes looking to enhance speed, endurance and shooting skills.

Both of which, went amazing and he benefited from it immensely. When we attended as a team, our group was a bit older (U15) and they all loved it. Not to mention, it was a great price to accommodate any team’s budget. I also was impressed with their ability to ensure that every second was utilized during our reservation, and not a minute went by without the boys keeping their feet moving. Though they were exhausted by the end, they each had a big grin ear to ear. I have tried other facilities in this similar industry so I am able to compare and without a doubt, I will be making my way back to ProStride yet again!

These guys are pros that take pride in seeing progress and results. They have a very good balance of pushing students to bring out their true potential and keeping things fun for their students. The facility is clean and tidy. I will be using their services and only their services going forward.

As on synthetic ice and one on one it forces a player to exaggerate everything they do which is how one should practice. Then translates well to the ice and games. Also very good conditioning as on synthetic ice. My son always enjoys it and likes it when we go back.

Video analysis
We have real time video with a 55” screen beside the treadmill so we can show an athlete the corrections without leaving the area. This way, the information stays fresh and the corrections can be applied immediately to their play.

off-ice experience
At Pro Stride Hockey, we can offer a great off-ice experience for athletes of all ages and skill levels.
We have expanded to a 3600 square foot facility with skating treadmill, synthetic ice shooting lane and synthetic ice skills area.
SHOOTING LANE
Our shooting lane is set-up to simulate shots from the slot and rebounds in-close which is where most of the goals are scored in a game. We work on shooting mechanics and how to use the technology of the stick to your advantage to generate shot power and accuracy.
